*Rates are adjusted based on space size, scope of cleaning required, client-specific needs, last-minute/emergency request, supplies needed for job, distance, after-hours requests, and frequency of service.
Combined Packages

Our aim is to offer a comprehensive service within budget for our clients. The more services that are required, the more discount applies. Any of the packages listed above can be combined for greater discounted pricing. Customers are welcomed to share their cleaning schedules during our initial setup meeting.

For other services that may be required by a client, such as window washing, laundry or bed linen changes, ironing, wall washing, blinds or curtains cleaning, carpet shampooing or steam cleaning, and garage or basement cleaning, a flat rate can be applied along with any of the above packages if needed.
